The Color Shop Policies

 

Booking.

  • Hours of operation are Wednesday - Saturday 10am-7:30pm

  • All appointments must be booked online.

  • Wait List Submissions must be placed online.

  • A credit card must be used to secure appointments

  • 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments

  • Less than 48 hours notice will result in a $100 fee applied to the credit card on file. This will cover lost expenses due to short notice changes

  • To cancel or reschedule, please follow the link in your confirmation email or visit thecolorshop.net

  • All Color Adjustments must be booked no later than 2 weeks after intial service

Payment.

  • All major credit cards are accepted

  • Apple Pay/ Google Pay are accepted

  • Venmo is accepted

  • Gratuities are gratefully accepted via cash or approved payment types

  • Please allow 24 hours for a reply

  • Replies will be sent during the hours of 9am-9pm; Monday- Saturday

Health.

  • I am currently vaccinated and boosted for all of our protection

  • Please wash or sanitize your hands immediately upon entering the Salon

  • Masks are currently optional in all areas of the salon, regardless of vaccination status

  • Please alert me if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid, Flu or Cold. You can rely on me to do the same

  • If last minute changes occur due to illness, no rescheduling fee will apply
